QUEST Nova Scotia meets Minister of Energy

Halifax, Nova Scotia – In February 2014. QUEST Nova Scotia Caucus continues to meet on a regular basis with senior representatives of the Government of Nova Scotia, Department of Energy and the Halifax Regional Municipality. The discussion focuses on the importance of access to energy data, the role for district energy in the province, the opportunity to support sustainable transportation, including fuel switching to natural gas, and the need for community energy planning.

Furthermore, the Caucus recently launched a report on the role of district energy in Nova Scotian communities and presented it to the Minster of Energy, Hon. Andrew Younger.
