Salisbury is a town located in Westmorland County, New Brunswick. A village for 57 years, in January 2023 it was amalgamated with parts of four local districts to become a new town.

Woodstock was the first incorporated town in New Brunswick on May 1, 1856 and boasts some of the finest 19th Century Victorian heritage homes, churches and civic buildings.
Village of Southern Victoria
On January 1, 2023, the village changed its name to the Village of Southern Victoria as a result of Local Governance Reform. The Village is located in Victoria County, in western New Brunswick and is in close proximity to Tobique First Nation. The community is located in close proximity to the Trans Canada Highway, which has allowed it to develop an Industrial Park. It is also just 10 km from the US border.

Première nation de St. Mary’s
Sitansisk is one of six communities that make up the Wolastoqiyik Nation. Sitansisk is a vital part of New Brunswick’s Capital City of Fredericton and is located next to the Wolastoq (also known as the Saint John River) on approximately 125.8 plus one hectares of land; a mere fraction of the Wolastoqiyik traditional unceded ancestral territory.
Municipal District of St. Stephen Accelerator Program
La ville de St. Stephen est située dans le comté de Charlotte, sur les rives de la rivière Sainte-Croix, et compte une population de 4 415 personnes. District of Carleton North
Through the Province’s Municipal Reform, the municipalities of Bath, Centreville and Florenceville-Bristol have amalgamated with the surrounding Local Service Districts (LSDs) of Glassville, Lakeville, Peel, Upper Kent, Wicklow, and Wilmot as well as a portion of the LSDs of Aberdeen, Kent and Simonds.
Ville d’Oromocto
The Town of Oromocto is located in the Greater Fredericton Area of New Brunswick. The population within the town boundaries totals 9,223 residents, based on the 2016 census.
Ville de Quispamsis
The Town of Quispamsis is located in the Kennebecasis Valley in southwestern New Brunswick, 22 km north of the City of Saint John. Quispamsis is located on the banks of the Kennebecasis and Hammond rivers and has a lake, Ritchie Lake, in the city center.

The Equitable Engagement project works to incorporate Indigenous knowledge as well as equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) considerations into QUEST Canada’s capacity building-based initiatives. The aim of this project is to ensure current and future participating communities are equipped with the tools, resources, and knowledge required to engage all stakeholders on the pathway to a durable and just net-zero future.
Town of Saint Andrews Accelerator Program
The Town of Saint Andrews is located in Charlotte County along Passamaquoddy Bay in New Brunswick. The town has a population of approximately 3,000 residents and now includes the Wards of Bayside and Chamcook, as of January 1, 2023, following the Local Governance Reform.
