QUEST is Supporting the Government of Canada’s Generation Energy
Ottawa, Ontario – September 11, 2017. Today, QUEST – Quality Urban Energy Systems of Tomorrow – launched Imagining the Future of Energy Efficiency in Canadian Communities to engage energy practitioners across Canada to imagine, discuss and document the future of energy efficiency in Canadian communities.
Using QUEST’s energy mapping workshop that draws on Natural Resources Canada’s Putting Energy and Emissions on the Map exercise, workshop participants will have a chance to visualize their vision for the future of energy efficiency at the community level. Participants will also have the opportunity to share their perspectives on the policy, regulatory, governance, and financial framework that will be needed to implement energy efficiency measures in communities across Canada.
