QUEST Canada is currently seeking individuals to join its Board of Directors
Are you someone looking to commit to contributing to the development of durable and inclusive net-zero strategies for communities across the country? L' Conseil d'administration is responsible for the overall stewardship of QUEST Canada. The Board provides high-level oversight of the organization’s strategic direction, risk management, financial and other reporting, internal controls and information technology systems, governance, and communications.
The Board of Directors operates two subcommittees – Governance and Audit and Finance. Each Director is expected to participate on one committee for the duration of their tenure. With an objective of continual improvement, the Board annually evaluates its performance and effectiveness.
The time commitment of individual Board Directors is approximately two hours per month, including one in-person two-day retreat annually. Board tenure is a 3-year term, renewable, and is voluntary.
